CRAFT BEER

Defining “craft beer” an Italian beer means that its brewing does not involve pasteurization and microfiltration. Organic ingredients, with no use of preservatives, together with a selection of raw materials and a more careful attention during brewing, provide a product with excellent organoleptic properties. Craft beer is a raw product, unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and bottle conditioned.
